Jacob founded Magna Software LLC to do the work he kept seeing go undone: owner-operated businesses with a real web presence but no operational integration behind it — running on disconnected tools and a lot of memory.
The instinct is consulting-grade diagnosis, applied small: start from how the business actually operates, find where it leaks time, money, and information — then, instead of stopping at a recommendation, build the system that solves it. Diagnosis and delivery from the same hands, so nothing is lost in translation.
Diagnose, then build
Most consultants tell you what to fix and hand you a deck. Most dev shops build exactly what you spec and never ask whether it's the right thing. I do both — find the real problem the way a consultant would, then build the fix the way an engineer does.
Owner-operated, end to end
The person who diagnoses your business is the person who builds the system. No account managers, no handoffs to an offshore team, no telephone game between the strategy and the code.
