These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MagnaThread website at magnathread.com (the “Site”), operated by Magna Software LLC (“MagnaThread,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms cover the marketing Site only; any engagement to build or operate software is governed by a separate written agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
